What is the reputation of each sorority house

Hi, I’m a freshmen frat guy at KU and this is what I would say is the honest rankings of sororities:

Top Tier
1. Pi Phi
2. Chi Omega

Upper mid:
3. Kappa Kappa Gamma
4. Kappa Alpha Theta
5. Gamma Phi

Mid:
6. Alpha Chi Omega
7. Delta Gamma
8.Sigma Kappa

Low mid
9. Tri Delta
10. ADPI

Bottom House
11. Kappa Delta

pi phi- mean girls who peaked in highschool only let girls from Johnson County join

Pi phi is all blonde and most are rude
Chi o is smart house
Kkg is all Kansas City girls it’s pretty cliquey
Theta is smart house
Gamma phi I don’t know what their rep is but they like to party and most are cool
Alpha chi omega also likes to party and they’re cool too
Dg I don’t know what their rep is tbh but they live near frats
Sk: some are strange but some are so cool
Tri delt: idk what their rep is but not a lot of people don’t like them ig
Idk about the others

The houses with the best reputation: theta, chi o, gphi. Not ranks. Just houses that are somewhat likable

Kappa is fun but they only take Kansas City girls. They’re known for being “bruh” girls. They’re fun to talk to though but just cliquey if you didn’t go to a private school in kc
Theta has smart girls but I don’t hear much about them. They are fun though and they’re all interesting to talk to
Chi o is pretty much the same as theta. Chi o has smart and classy girls
Pi phi has a nice aesthetic. There are some sweet girls in there but others are rude if you aren’t blonde. But this year a lot of girls they were gonna take went to a different house so their pc isn’t comparable to the other years
Axo is a fun house and they party a bit too much but they’re sweet.
Adpi is a diverse house and they are super sweet
Kd has a mix of different girls. I like talking to only some of them
Then for others I haven’t met a lot of girls from the other houses
