rush

I was wondering if there were certain things that sororities look for when you rush. If some sororities judge you on things some others may not? Or if they all pretty much look for the same things?

What house you get in is determined by who you know that is already in that house. Basically your friends can get you a bid and if you don't have a friend in the house you want you are out of luck

None of these are true. I came from far out of state and didn't know a person at KU. I had a great experience rushing and made it in to a "top tier" house. You will be fine, just be you.

Just because you came from out of state doesn't mean you will be fine. Getting in a house by not knowing anyone already in that house is rare. Usually you have to know someone. Your experience is unusual. And a "top house" is different for everyone.
