Since the most recent post for ranks on here is bs, here's the actual ranks in a bit more depth
Top: Kappa, G Phi, Theta (no order)
Mid/top: Pi Phi, Chi O, AXO (in order)
Mid: DG
Bottom: Tri Delt, Sig kap (in order)
Kappa Delta, ADPi (no order)

Actually very true not that ranks matter but I feel like these three are all top for different reasons, but chi o and g phi are still tops just not as high. still just as desired its weird on how to explain it…

at ku piphi is considered a top house just because they are what people consider to be the beauty standard. they are all blonde super skinny and every once in a while you’ll get someone who looks different as a pity bid. if you don’t look like a blonde minion you are not getting in.
top: chio, kappa, theta
mid top: gphi, piphi
mid bottom: dg, axo
bottom: ddd, sk, adpi, kd

almost... swap chio and gphi, axo is def above dg, bottom is no order since those 4 pretty much share girls
