tiers
by: KUIs there a top tier house known for having well rounded, beautiful, kind, sweet, intelligent, genuine, and classy girls? I can't really think of one that has all of these qualities, yet that is the criteria for most other schools top tier houses. At least in the south.

There are no houses at ku that are the sweetheart house and there is a top tier sweetheart house at almost all southern schools in all of the tiers. It's something to strive for, but at KU is forgotten about

It's not a magical wonderland but there are other things that are actually valued by college kids other than hotness and partying and grades which is literally the only three criteria that it takes to succeed in the greek system at ku. Top tier houses in the south are proud that there women are "sweet" something that I feel many piphis would take as an insult, or women who are classy, which let's be honest- is a joke for every chapter at KU.
