I know a girl who dropped out of recruitment but is apparently in chi o now?? Idk how that would work LOL can someone explain

Less girls went through recruitment this year so I think some houses gave out snap bids to fill their quota after they had made cuts during the week? If she's JOCO she might have known girls in the house already who wanted her to join

all houses are doing cob this fall due to numbers.. soo she probably just did cob since some houses are doing it this week
