Is it true SDT lost their charter? Or what is happening with that situation?

According to IFC, due to the fact that they only received 3 new members during formal recruitment this past year; they will lose their charter and their house for 3 years. In 2015, they will be allowed to participate in formal recruitment but will not be able to take any potential new members. It will be just a way to get their name out. In 2016, they will be able to participate in rush and be able to take new members. All current members are now alumnae status.
