frat ranks?

Hey, so I know frats typically aren't ranked like the sororities are, but I just want to know what everyone thinks is the top houses, middle, etc. So I compiled a list based off what I have heard. If you disagree or want to change it, please do!

TOP(No specific order):
Beta Theta Pi
Delta Upsilon
Kappa Sigma
Phi Kappa Psi
Pi Kappa Phi
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Sigma Chi
Sigma Nu
Sigma Phi Epsilon

Middle (no specific order):
Alpha Epsilon Pi
Delta Chi
Delta Tau Delta
Kappa Alpha Psi
Phi Gamma Delta
Theta Chi
Triangle

Bottom:
Basically all the frats without houses?

Obviously, it is next to impossible to rank them like the sororities, but just tell me what you think!

Freshman obviously. Kappa Sig and Pi Kapp are middle tier at best. Phi Delt is a top tier house.

Phi Delt used to be top tier not any more. Kappa Sig is a good house, lower top tier. Don't know much about Pi Kapp but I hear good things about them.

You're right, you cannot rank the fraternities, they all have different qualities that make them top tiers / bottom tiers.

Most of the houses are at the same level, except the obvious ones like triangle and theta chi. They are all about the same, honestly. Unless they're known for being really sketchy like sae or phi psi, because people tend to dislike them for that. Frats honestly really depend on personal preference. And in MY personal opinion, I would put d chi at the top, they are one of my favorites

Wrong. ATO won top house last year, homecoming this year, and most likely top house this year. No house doesnt mean much.

ATO is a great charter at Ku. The fact they have no physical house doesn't help them much. If their nationals would approve it, they'd be top tier most likely.

Wtf..... I've never even met an ATO. They sure as hell aren't top tier. As for winning homecoming and best house? Those awards went to AXO and DG last year. Considering those are both middle tier houses, it obviously doesn't mean anything.

I would say top tier consists of Beta Theta Pi, Phi Gamma Delta, Delta Upsilon, Sigma Chi and Phi Delta Theta.
