I can't believe some people are downranking Theta based on one girl's remarks before she was even a new member. Reality is that Theta is still top tier even if on greekrank people are hatin' on them!

Totally agree! They will forever be a top house, it was one girls mistake. It's over, people need to learn to let it go. They will do anything to rip down the top houses.. Pathetic

They're top of the middle tier or very bottom of the top tier. There's nothing that impressive about them. Definitely under Pi Phi, GPhi and Kappa.

This is so true. Thetas are great and there is no one in the real world that blames them any. This is solely a phenomenon on greek rank, not in the greek community.

they are a good house, for sure below gphi, pi phi, and kkg, but not top tier. it sucks that they have the whole shelby thing bringing them down, but as long as she is a part of their house, they will have to deal with the repercussions of her actions. it's harsh but it's true.

If you actually go here you know that Theta is a top house. Only people who are intent on raising the rank of their own house are ranking Theta down.

Sorry. Except for some bitter wannabes on greekrank, Theta is definitely considered a top house. They're smart, beautiful, fun, and very desired by PNMs during recruitment. That's a top house definition.
