I think you can just get their vibe from looking at their insta (sewing what their involved with, etc.) and from talking to the women in each sorority. You’ll notice which conversations you enjoy more and which ones you don’t based on diff houses which is how you will tell their “vibes”

I almost feel one of the benefits to having a virtual recruitment is getting a better feel for yourself about what each house is like, without any influence from outside sources. Focus on the conversations, and how you feel afterwards. Did you feel like you had to act a certain way, or did you feel comfortable and relaxed? Also take notice of the houses that genuinely take interest in wanting to get to know you.

Like the person above said, take a look at Instagram and “stalk” some of the girls to get an idea of the people they recruit. Also do your own research regarding each chapter’s philanthropy, campus involvement, awards, etc.

The advice I always give PNMs - LOOK at the girls rushing with you. Do you like them?? Those PNMs will be your friends- not the beautiful, well spoken, junior that is rushing you. You won’t see her again.

Virtual recruitment puts the PNM at the disadvantage. They only hv what the house portrays to make decisions, not the type of other girls they are pursuing.
