Why rank sororities
by: PNMI’m confused why everyone is ranking sororities when Panhellenic has been saying that every sorority supports eachother? Makes me not want to be a part of greek life and rush anymore because if it’s all just competition at who’s sorority is better then that’s annoying and somebodies always putting some other sorority down?

As a member of a sorority, you will be able to tell during recruitment who does and does not care about their rank. Some chapters definitely do but there are a lot that just care about sisterhood and values! Don’t look at this dumb site and really focus on where you feel comfortable and welcome during recruitment and I promise you will end up in the right place:)

I agree. I felt the same way you did before going through and was confused, but once you actually go through recruitment you’ll realize the houses that “feel” they need to show off to show their money or how better they are and you’ll know which ones are genuine and how this “rank” doesn’t mean anything in the long run.
