Delta gamma flood

My friend said the delta gamma house completely flooded last year because the pipe in the house burst? Just curious if that’s true because I don’t know if I’d want to live somewhere that has a history of flooding and ruining everything?

Like they said, it was human error and it wasn't the entire house, only a section. From my understanding it was fixed quickly and women could move back into their rooms a few months later.
