This “strip your letters” is a group of women with very one sided and somewhat extreme views. I’m sorry but my sorority personally already did not do much with fraternities because well... it’s not actually fun to pay the fines of the venue when the brother get sick all over the place and break things. Also, if you go to a zip-tie party... that’s on you and your decisions and your parenting. Don’t submit to peer pressure, learn to speak up, don’t go to parties you know there will be binge drinking. At some point these young adults need to understand they need to be accountable for their own behaviors and who their friends are. Make new friends and don’t party. Better yet... turn 21 and then drink legally.

Not condoning IFC behavior or college culture for that matter but whose parents are telling them not to go to a party in college? I know many might be lucky to hear from their kid that week. And its great if some people choose to legally wait to drink but lets be real greek life does not and has not ever promoted that mind set. Nor does greek life support finding diverse friend groups. This is accountability for picking your friends. Rush in ever sense is picking your friends. -Senior

Strip your letters is hilarious. If you actually agree with this, then enjoy losing Greek life as we know it. LIBERAL AGENDA

Pretty sure its not liberal to ask for:
-inclusive parents weekends when members might have lost a parent, have two moms, dads who don’t like sports

-ADA housing for women needing a ramp, extra wide doors, safety rails in bathrooms

-respect from IFC where they treat women like meat and pit chapters against each other all for them to say “Panhel love!” The next day.

-acknowledging not all women practice religion and specifically Christianity, that they feel uncomfortable in intonation/chapter ritual

-excluding individuals for not being assigned ‘women’ as a gender.

These are all equalities in other organizations and protected by the government in some capacity currently. So maybe its not liberalism as much as “I dont like it-ism” Politics doesnt (shouldnt) play into equality, coming from a registered republican there is policy then there is equality, learn the difference.

And ps
You say:
These are all equalities in other organizations and protected by the government in some capacity currently

Pretty sure mom/dad weekend doesn’t have some sort of government protection lol

Your trying so hard to dig in and sound so woke you’re just spitting crap out.

This is feeling more & more like non Greek propaganda

Here I am again.
My post keeps getting deleted cause it doesn’t follow @liberal or change’s agenda.
Mom or dads weekend already is inclusive.
You have two dads bring them to dads weekend & your grandma to moms weekend ( I have seem grandmas at moms weekend & uncles for dads), or stay home on moms weekend. Be a grown up & understand the world doesn’t revolve around you.
It’s for the parent figures in your life. Inclusive.
Why this keeps getting deleted is beyond me.
Can’t even have opposing views smh
