Both sides of the rankings are terrible, so setting the record straight:

Top Tier Sororities:
Kappa, Pi Phi...then Chi O, Theta, and maybe G Phi

Top Fraternities:
Sigma Chi, Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Beta

ADPi...then Chi O in a distant second

Top Tier Fraternities

TKE...DLP...AEPi......Phi Delt in a close but no so close 4th

Beta, Sigma Chi, Phi Psi and Phi Delt like to tell everyone that they are and always will be a top house at KU but this is not true. Every year houses change and some that were not great in past years are better than the "top 4". A great example of this is Phi Psi who has a lot of problems. There are other houses at KU righ now that are better than the "top 4".
