mid tier frats best parties

Some of you dudes are gonna hate to hear this but from a girls perspective out of all the mid tier frats (DTD, DChi, Sig Nu, ZBT, Pikapp,) ZBT Pikapp and SigNu throw the best parties. The most fun, the most drinks, best setup, nicest houses, best music. It’s always fun to start the night at Sig Nu then go to ZBT / PiKapp

ZBT has good parties and date parties/formals...don’t hear about them much other than that tho.
