this is why pi phi got a pc of 44:
of the girls they invited back on pref ONLY 44 PREFFED THEM FIRST. that is how this works. that is why people think they did “bad” and you can make of that what you will. imo they just don’t do recruitment in the smartest way to maximize their pledge class and round out their chapter. to be a top house you need to have more than looks and money /:

No. Panhellenic sets quota for all houses on campus. Quota is typically the same for all healthy chapters and is typically around 65-70 depending on how many PNMs are left at perf. The sororities national headquarters and teams have nothing to do with it.

Since this pi phi keeps getting my comment deleted. they do have over 70 girls and yes a lot are super cool and pretty and rich! But they did snap bid and girls made their instagram captions about getting a “last minute ticket”. It happened for the second year in a row don’t be embarrassed move past it and improve in-house relations and rush as a whole
