recommendation letter

I was wondering....I have plenty of contacts that sorority alumni but they did not go to KU. Do you have to have someone from a KU sorority to write you a recommendation letter or will recommendation letters still be accepted from sorority alumni say from USC or Arkansas State?

A rec or letter from an alumna of any chapter is welcomed! No need to have graduated from KU.
