To a few girls who seemed the blondest/prettiest/richest, yea they have given those snap bids. But overall, they are still more exclusive in their bidding.

Pi phi has never given out a snap bid. They took like 3 girls after bid day because they cut so many people because they are so damn selective and picky. This year three girls suicided them on pref and got cut and pi phi had room for a few more so they took them.. they are soooo selective and cut a TON of girls. Very hard to get into.

Sorry, Pi Phi, that's impossible. Since you don't know I'll explain how it works. Pi Phi submits a ranked list of all the girls that attended pref there. If Pi Phi fills their class with girls higher on the list than the suicides, they don't get a bid at all.
For Pi Phi to "be a few girls short," that means they didn't fill their class after going through ALL THE GIRLS THAT WERE THERE FOR PREF. If the suicides actually had suicided Pi Phi, they would have been placed in Pi Phi's class.
Obviously they eliminated Pi Phi earlier, suicided some other house and ended up (regrettably) in Pi Phi.
That's how it works.

Chi O is hard because they want to most involved and smartest girls from high school only (good personality and looks wont get you far without a stellar resume) makes a lot of cuts on the first day
Kappa is hard because they intentionally pick the majority of their girls to be girls who were friends in high school and from the same joco areas
Pi Phi is hard because they are picky with their look and vibe (i guess?) and cut a lot of girls after the first day but this has back fired recently because they have had to do snap bids as girls pref other houses over them and they don’t have enough girls left to fill the pc
Theta and G Phi seem to be a lot less picky and tend to take girls from all different areas and backgrounds but still difficult in the overall scheme of things because all five of these house are competitive houses to get into.
