top fraternities

hey everybody, I know this site gets a lot of criticism so I want some truthful replies here and I am interested in any these houses for next spring. Id appreciate your honest opinions:
-Beta
-Phi psi
-Dchi
-DU
-Sig Chi

I disagree. I think that delta chi deserves to stay in there. Everytime I've been there its been a great experience. Just a couple odd guys but what house doesn't have that. Sig chi is good and so is phi psi if you like to party. Beta idk about because of the turkey scandle, kind of loss some of its rep

As a member of another house, honestly D Chi is not an awful house at all. Yes a few of the members may be creepy as hell, but their parties are actually solid. If they just fixed their grades, involvement, etc. they could probably move up a little in the next few years

Idk why everyone is slamming on dchi. They have a fun group of guys, nice house, and fun parties. Went to Tom jones last year and it was one of the best weekends I had all year. Top middle tier for sure if not the top already. I'd put them in top 5 houses along with sig chi, DU, phi psi, and beta just because of their grades and involvement

Maybe sig ep or sig nu in there too. All close and fun houses. Wouldn't go wrong with any of those
