i cannot stress enough how much chi o is not a top house

if chios not a top house neither is gphi.
and if they arent a top house because they only care about grades then theta isnt a top house either.
they arent in the top 3 but chio is still better than houses like KD and tri delta in the middle tier

People have different definitions for why a house is considered “top”. Whether it be for grades, popularity, house location/quality, etc. In no order, the top houses are known to be: Chi Omega, Pi Beta Phi, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Kappa Kappa Gamma. Any person in any of these houses is going to argue their house is top. It depends on how you get along with the girls in each house and if their stereotype/vibe fits yours. Do your research beforehand and go into recruitment with an open mind. If you choose not to, you’re guaranteed to come out of recruitment dissatisfied.

Its pretty fricking obvious. Pi Phi, Kappa, G Phi, and maybe Chi O are the only houses that really matter.
