Chi O is grades only, Theta is a bit of a mixture but still focused on grades, Gamma Phi is a straight mixture of partying and grades, and Alpha Chi Omega (they're definitely top tier like the other houses but they're still fun) is a pretty good mix. Overall if you want to stay focused but party, go GPhi or Theta.
I say this with reservation though; those first three houses are all extremely selective during rush. AXO isn't nearly as selective. You'll find your place no problem. :)
