Problem is, G-Phi doesn't standout in any way. Hell there house is basically in the shadow of Chi-O and looks like Chi-O's poolhouse. They aren't battling it out in grades, like Theta every semester. And they don't rock the daddy's little rich girl vibe as well as Kappa and Pi Phi. Fifht? Yeah, I'd say that's right.

Just a note, their house is probably top 4 prettiest houses from a physical standpoint. Way better than KD, KKG, ADPi, AXO, EK, Tri Delt, AGD etc. Also, they are always third in grades so that's a strange argument. Finally, why would you want someone "rocking" daddy's little rich girl vibe? You're probably a Chi O trying to claw your way back to the top.
Also, You need to take English 101 terribly. :(

Actually, Adpi had the 3rd highest grades after chi o and theta. Then kappa, kd, a chi o and tri delt, pi phi and dg, and then gphi

Please, this rank is totally off. AXO and SK are not middle houses. They need to go in the bottom tier and KD needs to go to the middle tier. A lot of people don't think piphi is a top house anymore and Chio isn't either. They are strictly for grades and have dropped a ton in looks
