I’d say they’re all beautiful. But they’re only convenient if you’re on campus. If you’re trying to get to the bars, Uber is the only way unless you wanna walk far and up huge hills on your way back. Also Gphi has sleeping dorms.. I’d say Kappa has best location because it’s both near the bars and right on campus. Theta has to walk up the kappa hill to even get on campus which sucks!

stop pushing the kappa house so much damn, it's not the nicest and it's not the worst, but there's more to a good location than having a shorter stumble home from the hawk

Tbh ADPi has really upped the game with the recent renovations on the exterior of their house, but definitely getting killed by the location. ChiO is definitely the nicest inside and out and in the best location. For the frats SAE and Beta are definitely the best house wise
