what do houses look for
by: PnmJust wondering what houses actually cut for??? I know people in several houses, have a 3.7 gpa, am outgoing, involved in a lot, hundreds of community service hours, from an upper middle class family, cute. What else does a sorority want hahah? I got cut by a lot after philanthropy and sisterhood day and am really confused.

First couple cuts are based off of grades/standards concerns for majority of houses. Each house has certain grade cutoffs/standards. They can also cut based on the conversations too. Top tier houses are allowed to cut more girls so they're a lot pickier. After the first round it's mostly based off of if the recruiter thinks you're a good fit for the house/you're better off somewhere else!
