I've heard Phi Delts and Sigma Chis only hang out with Kappas/PBP and Betas only hangout with Chi O. Is that true? From out of state and just wondering what its like at KU

Not at all. Both those houses hang out with Kappa, GPhi, Theta and Pi Phi all the time. The other houses... not so much. Chi O doesn't hang out with guys at all (ever, literally) so whoever told you that was wrong.

Who tf cares what houses hang out with each other? Hang out with whoever you want. You will find friends everywhere at KU. If you just limit yourself to "approved" houses you will graduate the same shallow exclusive, unfriendly person you came in as a freshman.
