Kappa sig should be higher. Other that that pretty true. Beta should be lower. Not that fun.

beta, phi delt, and sigma chi should be grouped together as the top. They're all good for different reasons. Sigma Chi isn't better than the two

Disagree. I'd say Beta is top now but probably not for long. If their new pledge class is full of a bunch of fruits then sig chi will move to top. If phi delt wasnt a dry house theyd be top, it just sucks for them that they dont have parties or even pregames at their house so they'll never be above beta or sig chi.

I personally think the top 6 houses you ranked are full of mostly douchebags. They only hang out with certain sororities and are super stuck up conceited and arrogant
