Are you supposed to watch recruitment videos before you go through rush or do they show you them during recruitment?

Not every sorority makes a video . Time is NOT allotted to watch videos during the recruitment process.

just watched their video.. sad. talking down on the panhellenic community to make their chapter look better is not good way to start their recruitment

All the recruitment videos this year are lacking in appeal from previous years . Don't waste your time watching them this year.

Watch them if you want or don't. It doesnt matter either way. You don't get to pick your house so who cares if you like a certain video?
