Which houses dirty rush? How do they know who they want before recruitment?

no house has a particular reputation for dirty rushing, but some of the 'top' houses do heavily recruit from JOCO, so they push for girls that actives already know and can speak up for

Every "top" house dirty rushes. They want to be in control, and like the other comment said, they pick their friends from high school, so most of the pledge class is pre-determined.
