Best location (close to campus, bars, and fraternities)
House needs a renovation soon tho

Pi Phi:
Very exclusive, superiority complex
Every sorority hates them, every fraternity loves them
Have the prettiest house imo, not the best location tho
Recruit based on looks so they do get really pretty girls
I feel like all the girls are the exact same, no diversity

Gphi:
Just overall well-rounded house (cute girls, good grades, involved)
Pretty house with a good location, close to campus
More welcoming to out of staters
Have a good mix of party girls versus chill girls

REMEMBER, these houses have over 200 girls so its hard to describe a whole house. these are just very broad opinions\n\n\n\n\n
