beta vs. phi delt vs. sig chi

How do these houses compare? I've been on this site and seen that typically the top fraternity rankings are beta, phi delt and sig chi and was just wondering what the general differences between them are. I'll be rushing next year and know a few guys in all three of the houses but was just wanting to see some outside opinions too

If you're on Greek rank asking this question, there's no chance you're getting a bid from any of these houses.

This are only the top houses if you're conceited, rich and douchey. Also if you're not a pi phi, kappa, gphi, chi o or theta, have fun trying to be friends with these guys!
