Based on anything you can think of.
Top - most desirable to PNMS, very selective
Gphi (grades, looks, social, everything) ChiO (grades, not so much looks anymore.. money), Theta (grades, they really do have a certain "type" of girl, kind of geeky, sometimes cute, but super smart )
Lower top - 2nd choices to PNMS - selective
PiPhi - yes sorry ladies this is where you lie. (daddys $$$, JOCO, but usually involved) Kappa (JOCO, dirty rushing lol)
generally either pretty or not cute at all -not really in between.
Middle - average, fun, few drops, selective
KD (involved, sisterhood, cute girls, one of the best reps, good grades, "wifey")
Middle Middle - lol you know what i mean, selective
DG (had a bad rep, dont seem so bad anymore, selective, generally really good looking, HOUSE DOG!!)
Lower middle - yo theyre trying. lots of out of states but not terrible houses, not as selective
AXO, TriDelt, SK (more than a few drops, each have their strengths, again, a lot of out of states)
Bottom - take anyone, not selective
ADPi (different... usually sweet though)
SDT (new, involved!, good rep so far, usually over hipster/slighlty goth ish girls)
AGD (take anyone...........and everyone.....)
There are strengths in each house, some more than others. Also, there will ALWAYS be a weird group and a pretty group in every house. Generally, people are happy with their houses but their are things like fear of being suicided by a house (not literally), snap bids, ect. that effect each.

This is very accurate. Idk who's criticizing the KD's but have you seen their pledge class? Very cute girls and smart too. Very involved and diverse, solid house.
Theta is a bunch of weirdos, sorry but true.
No no no on Piphi, they are not a top house, for many reasons.
The rest are actually very accurate.
I don't believe a KD wrote this, just because you don't personally like KD it doesn't mean they're a bottom house.

As a pnm I definitely saw kappa and pi phi as the top two houses! I also saw kd towards the bottom (probably on the same level as AXO and SK) and so did many other PNMs I talked to! I even saw tri delt on the bottom as the same level as adpi. PNMs definitely saw agd on the very bottom not even on the same level as anything. Most girls would drop when they saw they only had agd on pref

TBH gphi actually isn't really that many joco girls. They get plenty of out of state girls mostly from Minnesota and STL. The overwhelmingly full of joco are kappa and pi phi!
