this is hopefully an unbiased and accurate ranking based on popularity, social life, attractiveness, physical house, and desirability (grades and philanthropy matter but dont necessarily distinguish a top house from a bottom house unless there is like a major red flag which i dont think any houses at ku have)
sororities:
pi phi, gphi, kappa
chi o, theta
dg, axo, kd, sk
adpi, tri delt, agd, sdt
fraternities:
beta, phi delt, sigchi
phi psi, sig ep, du
pi kapp, signu, fiji, kappa sig
dchi, sae
triangle, dtd, theta chi
also remember that just bc ur house isnt as high as you believe it is, its okay!!! this is just what most people would say and as long as you love ur house thats all that matters!

I agree. Even with two years of sopro they are a much more social active frat than DU. DU is literally irrelevant. They do NOTHING.

lower top/upper middle
pi phi, kappa - JOCO, pbp$$$$
kd - grades, philanthropy, involved
middle
dg -improved a lot

axo tridelt sk -out of states usually, sisterhood (except sk)

based on the number of girls dropping each house throughout the year also.
kappa is not really a top house theyre all just from the same damn place and same with pi phi.

Kappa sig is where it should be. Personally, I would swap them with DU.
