This rank is spot on. A top house is more than just looks or grades, it's a combination of a lot of things. Obviously chio would not be a top house because they don't have cute girls.

I agree. however i dont think beta is THE top house, I'd say they share top tier with phi delt and sigma chi. then move phi psi down to middle upper

I don't like Sigma Chi at all. They are way too stuck up and only hang out with certain sororites. That does not make you a top house. A top house would hang out with and be social with all of Greek life. Same goes for sororities that are exclusive to just one frat. That doesn't make you a top house

No. Top houses hang with everyone. They don't live in an exclusive bubble. They are outgoing, social, friendly. If you only hang with one or two other houses you are not a top house idc what you say

Chi O is NOT a top house.... like, at all. If you're smart and only care about grades and Jesus, sure. But otherwise, the top is GPhi, Pi Phi and Kappa. Next tier: Theta and Chi O. Next is DG, KD and AXO. Then there's everyone else.

The sorority house rank is accurate but not the frats. I'm sorry but Sigma Nu, Fiji,and DU are NOT upper houses, at all. They belong lower middle
