In all honesty you can read all the ranks on here but you dont really understand until you visit each house/talk to actives. There are weird/funny/pretty/whatever girls in every house. If youre interested in greek life, I wouldnt go by these ranks because chances are you most likely wont fit in/feel comfortable in a "top house"
