Quota resets at the beginning of the semester each semester so no one (not even the houses) know if they will need to do COR. So take a deep breath, enjoy your break, and wait until January to start this discussion.

You can google KU greek life and get the contacts of the recruitment chairs for each house you are interested in. Call them and ask!
