All houses have girls of color. Your question is hard to answer because top house is different for everyone. Many would argue that those three aren't the top three houses at all. But the houses you mentioned have a lot less goc than some of the other more diverse houses. Really it depends on who you know in the house before rush, and that applies to all girls, not just goc
