when do houses begin the snap bid process? how do you know how many girls they are looking for?

I know this is probably going to get down voted buy oh well. I was a recruitment counselor last week and one of my pnms received a snap bid from kappa delta. Honestly, I am glad they did snap bids because the look on her face was truly priceless. Snap bids should not be viewed as bad honestly, coming from the other side I am so thankful I did not have to release my girl.

You obviously weren't a recruitment counselor because Kappa Delta did not give any snap bids. They had very high priority with PNM's and didn't need to snap bid. Stop using your made up scenario to passively aggressively try and cut down a house. You're 100% wrong and I personally know this as a fact.

I read the Rho chi post in a positive way. Look, every year is unique. Miscalculations happen. Snap bids should not be seen in such a negative way because something positive can reault. NO house or girl are immune to snap bids or "suicide" scenerios. Just be happy there is a system in place to give a positive outcome. Is it a perfect solution..no..but is it better than completely turning someone away..I think so. It is a win win for the most part and the original intent of the snap bid process.

Don't know but I doubt that Gamma Phi did snap bids either. I know that they had a very successful recruitment so if they did it had to be a glitch in the release figures. I also don't know about KD but I doubt they did either.

Seriously you can stop now. Idk about Gphi but I know KD did not do snap bids. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad but get your information straight before putting out lies on Greek Rank. I don't know about the other posters but I'm a kappa delta and we didn't snap bid. Why are your panties all in a bunch? More importantly why do you care? Obsessed much?

clearly kd is obsessed with letting everyone know they didn't snap bid. Stop trying to distort everyone into thinking you are a good house. You got girls who didn't want to be in ADPi, AGD, and tri delt. horrible recruitment, horrible house. sorry but the amount of kappa deltas on this site is really annoying

Both KD and Gphi are stating the fact they did not snap bid. I'm in neither one of those houses but what is your problem? You clearly have a chip on your shoulder. I know girls that preffed KD over gphi and piphi. They had an amazing recruitment with one of the best PC's. GPhi also had an amazing recruitment. I'm sorry your house didn't do so well you seem awful bitter

Most of the time, women in the house are ultimately unaware if snap bidding has or has not occurred. The only ones who are informed are recruitment chairs, presidents, advisors, and other relevant members, so it's always a wonder to me how people can definitively say they did or didn't snap bid. You likely don't know for sure.

I'd hope those members of houses would have better things to do than sit on this site. If that's not the case, I feel like that's a poor use of time compared to trying to improve your house and push members to be the best they can.
