Yes but it may not be your first choice. Like say you pref AAA first and BBB second you might end up getting BBB if you're not high on anyone's list. So if you only want one house you suicide bid. This means you only pref AAA and it's AAA or nothing. A lot of people get burned suiciding though. Because if you suicide and don't get a house you can't go through recruitment for another year.
