do freshman have to stay in the fraternity house

I'm going to be a freshman next year and I've been to a couple fraternity events already. I've met a lot of brothers from different houses and I'm going to formal rush over the summer. I want to go Greek freshman year, but I also want to stay in a dorm. What housed fraternities don't require you to stay in house?
