From what I remember, TriDelt, Theta, ADPi, AXO, and Chi O don't have any sleeping dorms, and then Sigma Kappa, DG, GPhi, AGD, and KD have a mix of sleeping dorms and actual rooms. Not sure about Pi Phi or Kappa.

Either way is fine. You still have regular rooms you share and do your living in but then sleep in a dorm type style. Some girls like this better because if you're sleepy you can go to bed while your roommates are still up studying or talking.

My house has them and I LOVE them. I have friends who complain about their roommates staying up and bothering them. That is the best thing about the sleeper dorms. I sleep when I need to and stay up and have fun when I can.

Most houses have common areas to hang out in and study areas as well so you won't have to bother your roommates when they are sleeping no matter how the sleeping area is arranged .

You'll get used to whichever. If you get a house with a sleeping dorm you'll love it because you can go there to sleep and you'll have a place to talk or watch tv or whatever when you're not sleeping. If you have a house without them, you'll love your separate room and get used to sleeping while other people are talking or watching tv. It just won't matter.

Pi Phi only has them in the big rooms, and Kappa doesn't have any.
