You are barely involved, have minimal hot girls, rarely socialize. How does that make you top tier? Sorry girls but upper lower to no higher than lower middle. You just haven't done anything to earn top.

Very quiet house that occasionally makes the short walk down the hill to Sigma Chi on the weekends. Nice, but virtually invisible and irrelevant. Still don't know why they are a top tier house...
