University of Kansas - KU 5.0 KU has a pretty underrated greek system. Houses are extremely nice, recruitment is competitive, and pledge class sizes just continue to grow year after year. Also have some of the best traditions like rock chalk revue and ku basketball. Obviously its not quite comparable to SEC, but its definitely on the rise. One of the top greek communities in the midwest and big 12. Only downside is that is heavily dominated by rich KC/johnson county kids so out of staters can potentially be at a disadvantage going through rush
