Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 4.8 After a few setbacks these guys are really pushing to become top of the hill again. They're a dry house, but its not really enforced. They have a great incoming pledge class and a lot of rich hot guys. Their social budget is insanely big this year so we'll see how they manage it.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 4.6 This house has a bunch of great guys that like to go hard and are fun to hang out with. They have put a ton of effort into improving their house and are renovating the entire place. Their social fund is crazy big so that might make up for the fact that they're a dry house. The guys know now how to treat a girl right.

The ratings on this site are all clearly people getting on and giving bad ratings because they're in a different frat or got rejected by them. Not just on the SAE ratings, but every single one.
