Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 1.0 I love this house because they do not throw parties. They are party animals at heart but, just cannot deliver with parties just like in the bedroom. It is tough to please a girl when you only know how to please a guy. I totally love this frat.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 1.0 Phi Delt is straight up trash. They got kicked out in 2022 and I met a few of them who used to be part of this frat and all I can say is that they are very disrespectful

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 5.0 Hahaha, all the boys that don’t like this house just probably couldn’t get in. Only fun house to talk to at the bars and go home with 😉. Phi psi and delt only talk about how much “better” they are than them which I think speaks for itself when they’re the only ones saying that.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 5.0 Phi Delt has a great group of guys that are very genuine and like to have a good time. From what I have seen these guys are absolute top dogs on campus from looks, grades, philanthropy, personalities, they got the whole shabang!
