Lower bottom house on campus, idk why they r up so high, they should definitely be way down lower. They don’t throw much parties and most of the guys r weird. Some r cool but most of them r weird and r nerds

This year their parties were lame and they didn’t throw much philo events either. They kinda went downhill this year also bcs they handed bids to a lot of weirdos. Hopefully they can do better 2024

Rank adjustment. These guys aren’t even top 10 and they never were top 10. Just being truthful. Bunch of weirdos who don’t know how to talk to women. They need to have a meeting asap on how to talk to women instead of standing in the corner with a drink. Their parties this year weren’t even above mid and they’re always getting into trouble. They think they’re a top fest but they’re really not it’s just that their self ranking got them to first place but in reality they’re lower bottom tier along with DU and kap sig

Most derogatory men I’ve met at ku, not as derogatory as PIKE but close. These guys do not respect women whatsoever. I’m never stepping foot in that house after what happened at their stop day party

this is a house that is self ranked . there’s just no way this is #1 ranked frat. while they might seem cool and have a nice house, there’s much better options when rushing considering there’s tons of frats at Ku

This house is the perfect example of a mid tier house. They aren’t a top frat like Greek rank says. The only reason they are 1 is bcs of their self ranking. They are better than fraternities like kap sig, triangle, DU but not better than Beta. They should be ranked around places 3-8. The guys in here range from above average to some weirdos. They obviously think they r better than everyone but that is not the case. Not a very diverse group of guys either and they don’t do many philanthropy events or throw parties.

They’re popular but most of them r complete douchebags to people. Don’t really see them involved in campus either. Most reviews r just themselves self ranking. A good house but shouldn’t be above Beta

Totally douche bags who don’t respect women. They things they say to people are unheard of and how they treat others. They should be kicked off I can’t believe how they’re a fraternity. They don’t do anything and just make fun of people real classy.
