Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 3.0 Not sure why everyone thinks these guys have tons of money. They are no different from any other house from what I can see. Look at their parking lot. Phi Psi, Sig Chi, and Phi Delta all have way more SUV's and top end cars. Pretty average really IMHO

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 5.0 Clearly a top tier house and always will be, although they do have some flaws. Their social life is a joke, and half of the guys in the house are just weird and awkward. They've got money, but don't know how to have fun.
