Honestly I’m not sure why they’re considered a bottom house but probably because they aren’t super social, I don’t think they have mixers or things like that with frats. Maybe they’re just not into that idk but something to keep in mind!!

Don’t have many bad things to say about this house except that I feel like they’re not super involved on campus. I think they hang out with axo a lot and have a good connection with them but like i said DG isn’t super involved with the community so I don’t know a lot about them.

I don’t get the hype around this house. it’s a very interesting mix of girls and besides being smart I just don’t see the attraction. But I would agree with the post below saying it’s all about grades and connections. Feel like there’s not a ton of out of state girls in this chapter.

House is outdated from the outside but the inside is new and pretty! on sisterhood they had some of the nicer rooms and no sleeping dorms which is always good!

Pretty popular with pnms at the start of recruitment, but unfortunately they recruit almost entirely off of grades alone (or connections). This makes for a pretty odd mix of girls in their pledge classes. The girls are nice, they're involved on campus, have a decent house, but they’ll need some good upcoming PCs to keep from slipping

lived in corbin last year, with most of Pi Phi’s recent pledge class. I’ve met a handful of nice ones, but honestly a majority of them are just rude and intimidating. these girls don’t care much for genuine sisterhood, philanthropy, etc... It seems like the house is full of cliques and drama, and I know several girls who have dropped for these reasons. A lot of the girls are stuck in a weird high school popularity mentality lol

I’m pretty sure they get in trouble for something every year which is concerning. Their semi formal was a sisterhood card-game night. Maybe they should start following the Panhellenic rules...
