The physical house wasn’t impressive to me when I rushed. Really low ceilings and get really dark. The girls are nice but tend to be party animals

A top house but at what cost? They give snap bids and do informal recruitment. Very pretty girls, but so much drama. Friend groups always fall apart in this house more than others. They recycle sisterhood stories and pass them on year to year. Obviously some of the girls have genuine relationships but the amount of back stabbing and bullying is crazy. They genuinely hide anyone thats not attractive and had a huge fight over this in the beginning of the year for girls not being featured on their instagram. Which is true. they had issues with room pairings as well and were putting the “weird girls” all together.

New Frat on Campus but the house they took over is really nice. They don’t rlly throw parties. But they seem to have a really strong relationship between them/ the guys are nice
