Being at the house a lot over these past couple of years has shown me how bad of a house this is. First, they are rich and come from daddy’s money. They think they’re better than everyone else, and they made sure you know it. I’ve met a couple of nice betas, but overall they aren’t all what you think. They brag about their life and their fraternity to where it’s super annoying. Their sleeping dorms smell like feet and mcdonald’s. If their parties weren’t good, idk how much of a top house this would be. I would not rush this frat at all unless you want to be viewed this way from an outsider. Girls only go over there Bc of their money and parties.
