The girls are actually dope. They’re very genuine and so funny. They don’t really cause issues and are really cool to party with. They’re also getting a 10 million dollar house which is insane.

Alpha Chi is a higher middle tier, or lower top tier house (as if rankings matter!!) if you are going through recruitment just for the house name, just drop. Alpha Chi is an extremely genuine house. Don’t let the few bad apples ruin it. Go with your gut.

You can't say this house isn't top tier - it is. But it's a continuation of high school. So if you need to rely on your high school clique and daddy's money to make you popular in college then you'll feel right at home.

I was a DG at KU. Not a top house by any means, but they think they are. So…posers? They don’t consider legacies anymore in recruitment, and I think that’s a huge mistake. If “meh” was a house…it would be DG.
