This is one of my favorite houses at KU. We love going over there. The guys are nice and the parties are always fun. They do seem a little stuck up at times.

Kappa's are great at KU. I think its best to keep in mind that every house has its bad seeds and that we should give some of the girls the benefit of the doubt. I think calling college girls "more sloppy than others" is a bit of an oxymoron. We are in the KU greek system, a majority of us are sloppy drunks, and you're kidding yourself if you've never had a "rough night" at the 14th and Ohio bar scene. And to argue that they only hangout with themselves:You join a sorority, and live with those people... so you are more than likely to pregame and go out with those same people. Only at corbin and senior year do you really branch out and hangout with one another. They also have Monmouth Duo, a joint formal with Pi Phi... I am unaware of any other joint sorority date parties at KU, but I could be wrong. The Kappa's aren't perfect, not by any means, but they are a great group of girls and do not need to be scrutinized for such materialistic and petty things.

If you think of sorority girls as materialistic, vapid, snobby, and mean, this sorority will not disappoint your expectations. On par with Kappa Kappa Gamma as a sorority chalk full of catty, vindictive, unloyal, pretentious girls. Divorce bombs waiting to go off.
